Hard rock fans descended on N17 to see the reunited G’n’R line up of Slash, lead guitar, Duff ‘Rose’ McKagan on bass and iconic lead singer Axl Rose.
The Stadium soared with classics like November Rain, Civil War and Patience as well as superb covers of Live and Let Die, I Wanna Be Your Dog and Knocking on Heaven’s Door.
The original trio were joined by stalwarts Dizzy Reed on keys, Richard Fortus on rhythm guitar and drummer Frank Ferrer plus Melissa Reese on synths, samples and backing vocals.
There was even a surprise cameo from queen of country Carrie Underwood, who joined the band for their encores, singing Sweet Child O’ Mine and Paradise City and setting social media alight in the process.
