Step into Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, by visiting our M Café - open to the public 7 days a week, except on match/ event days, we offer a range of grab and go breakfast and lunch items, barista coffee, hot food and salad options, and a selection of cakes and bakery goods.  Whether you are visiting the stadium on a non-event day, fancy something to eat, fuelling up after a stadium tour or post Dare Skywalk Climb, join us.  Please see below our sample menu and opening times.

Non-Event Day Opening Times

Opening Times - Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm 

Saturday: 10am – 6pm Sunday: 10am - 6pm 

Hot food is served every day from 11:30 – 15:00 

Event Day Opening Times

Major Event Days: 10am - 5pm
