Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is the perfect festive day out this Christmas, with kids going free on Stadium Tours between 21 December and 4 January. Little visitors can enjoy seasonal fun along the route, including a colouring competition in M Café, face painting, and a magical sleigh photo opportunity inside the stadium.

Families can also explore exclusive behind-the-scenes areas such as the first-team dressing rooms and players’ tunnel, and this season only, fans can capture a once-in-a-lifetime photo with the UEFA Europa League trophy we famously lifted in Bilbao in May.

Can I amend my booking?

If you need to add an additional ticket to your booking, you can simply do so by purchasing online for the time and date you have already booked for. Should you need to amend the date or time of your experience, or require a change to your ticket type, please call our Customer Care team on +44 (0)203 929 1882, no later than 48 hours before your booking. Please note a rescheduling fee may apply.

The team are available Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 17:00, and 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturday.

I’ve booked on a matchday, how will this impact me?

Can I book all attractions together?

Yes, we would encourage you to visit all attractions. Please click here to see our multi-attraction tickets. Please note that there may be days when only one of our attractions is open. This is reflected when purchasing multi-attraction tickets, which might affect the availability of your chosen date.

Please leave enough time between attractions for you to check-in at the second experience. We advise leaving at least 90 minutes for you to complete either the Dare Skywalk or Stadium Tour.

How can I apply my member discount?

You can enter your Membership discount code before adding your card details and completing your booking. Please click the ‘Have a discount code?’ link to add your code.

Discount codes are sent via email within 24 hours of purchasing your One Hotspur Membership. If you cannot locate this email, you can also find your discount code by signing into your One Hotspur Hub online.

This exclusive 2.5-hour experience includes a fully guided tour led by one of our expert Tour Guides, joined by a former player who’ll share personal stories from their time at the Club. Enjoy a live Q&A, hear memories from the pitch, and explore iconic areas of the stadium in unforgettable style.

Matchday Tours

Go behind the scenes just hours before kick-off with exclusive access to First Team areas — including the home changing room, tunnel, and dugout.

Enjoy a pitchside photo with the match ball, a complimentary programme, and visits to the NFL Away dressing room and Press Auditorium — the ultimate pre-match experience!

Technical Tours

Go deeper than ever before on a Technical Tour of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Led by an expert guide, explore behind-the-scenes areas including beneath the iconic retractable pitch (or pitch pocket, season dependent), the matchday studios, and the Sky Bridge.

This 3 hour 45 minute experience (4.5 hours with catering) also includes a pitchside walk and insight into how the stadium transforms for football, NFL, concerts, boxing, rugby, and more.

The M at Spurs

Located at the heart of the Stadium, M Café offers hot and cold food, drinks, and snacks in a relaxed, stylish setting. It’s the perfect stop for Dare Skywalk visitors to unwind, or for Stadium Tour guests to enjoy en route.
