Nimbus Disability is the company behind the Access Card, which is recognised by venues, events and organisations across the UK and beyond.

We have partnered with Nimbus Disability to provide a consistent way for guests with access requirements to share their needs with us and access the appropriate accessible ticketing options at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Before you can purchase accessible tickets for events at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, you must complete the steps below. This includes guests who already have an Access Card.

1. Register with Nimbus

If you already have a valid Access Card, you do not need to register again. Please proceed to Step 2. If you do not have an Access Card already, you will need to choose one of the following options and complete the relevant application:

Apply for a free Tottenham Hotspur DAP (Digital Access Pass): The DAP uses the same application process as with an Access Card application, to identify your access requirements. These are conveyed with the 10 symbols that can be allocated onto your Access Profile, but you will not receive a physical Access Card. Instead, you will receive an ID number which is valid for 3 years and can be used for accessible ticketing at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium only.

Apply for an Access Card: You also have the option to upgrade to an Access Card for £15, lasting for 3 years, should you wish to apply for broader recognition and use your ID number at all of the participating businesses. Once your application is approved, your Access Card can be used with many providers, including Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, across the UK and beyond.

2. Create your Tottenham Hotspur Stadium e-Ticketing account

Once you have an Access Card or DAP as explained above, you must create a Tottenham Hotspur Stadium e-ticketing account. If you already have a Tottenham Hotspur Stadium e-ticketing account, please skip to Step 3.

3. Link your Access Card/DAP to your Tottenham Hotspur Stadium e-ticketing account

Once you have your Access Card or Tottenham Hotspur DAP ID number and you have a Tottenham Hotspur Stadium e-Ticketing account, you must link the two accounts before you can purchase accessible tickets.

Complete our Linking Form using your Access Card or DAP details and your Tottenham Hotspur Stadium account details.

Once submitted, we will verify your information and link your Access Profile to your Tottenham Hotspur Stadium account. This will enable you to access the appropriate accessible ticketing options based on the access requirements shown on your Access Profile.

Please note: If you already have a Access Card, you must still complete the Linking Form before you can purchase accessible tickets at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. If you have an impairment that prevents you from completing an online form, you can contact The Access Card team directly for assistance with your application and registration by calling 0330 808 5108.

4. Purchase accessible tickets

Once you have completed the steps above and your accounts have been linked, log in to your Tottenham Hotspur Stadium e-Ticketing account and select the event you wish to attend. Select the accessible ticket booking option to view and purchase the accessible seating options available to you.
