Terms & Conditions for British Grand Prix 2026 Competition
F1 Drive Prize Draw Entry – 3 June 2026 to 19 June 2026 (“Prize Draw”)
Terms and Conditions
1. The Prize Draw is operated and managed by Tottenham Hotspur Stadium Limited (company number 10151725) whose registered office is at Lilywhite House, 782 High Road, London, N17 0BX.
2. The Prize Draw is a Club giveaway, which is open to anyone who is, as of 3 June 2026: (i) a permanent resident of the United Kingdom; and (ii) at least age eighteen (18) years old. The Club reserves the right to require proof of age and identity.
3. To enter the Prize Draw you must fully complete and properly submit the Prize Draw form accessible on the Stadium’s website (accessible here: https://www.tottenhamhotspurstadium.com/competitions/2526/formula-1-pirelli-british-grand-prix-giveaway) between 00:01 UK time on Wednesday 3 June 2026 (the “Start Date”) and 23:59 UK time on Friday 19 June 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
4. Participants who meet the criteria in paragraphs 2 and 3 will earn one (1) entry in the Prize Draw.
5. There will be two (2) winners in respect of the Prize, (two (2) winners in total) who will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the Stadium between the Start Date and the Closing Date via a random number generator.
6. In respect of each winner, the prize for the Prize Draw is as follows: two (2) General Admission tickets to the British Grand Prix on Sunday 5 July 2026 (the “Prize”).
7. You are not a guaranteed winner if you enter the Prize Draw.
8. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted and entry is conditional upon valid entry in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 3.
9. The chosen winners will be notified by email, at or before 23:59 UK time on 22 June 2026 (the “Winner Email”). If selected, you have forty-eight (48) hours from the time of the Winner Email to respond to the Stadium and claim the Prize (such response to be made in accordance with the instructions provided in the Winner Email).
10. If the Prize is not claimed in accordance with paragraph 10, a new chosen winner will be selected at or after 00:00 UK time on 25 June 2026. If selected, you have forty-eight (48) hours from the date and time the Stadium has notified you, to respond to the Stadium as instructed to claim the Prize.
11. If the Prize is not claimed in accordance with paragraph 11, the process in paragraph 11 will repeat until two (2) winners have been chosen and have adequately responded in accordance with paragraph 10.
12. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Club or its affiliated entities.
13. No cash alternative will be offered to the winners in replacement of the Prize.
14. The Prize consists of the tickets stated in paragraph 7 of these Terms and Conditions only. No travel, accommodation or other expenses are included in the Prize and any such expenses incurred are at the Prize winner’s own cost.
15. The Prize is not transferable once it has been assigned by the Club to the winners.

17. The Stadium accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed, or unreadable and no such correspondence will be entered into between you and the Stadium and/or its affiliated entities.
18. By entering the Prize Draw and in the event that you win a Prize, you agree that your name alongside photographs and footage from the session may be used on printed Stadium and affiliated entity channels (such as the matchday programme), official website and official social media channels.
19. By entering the Prize Draw, you also accept the standard Ticketing Terms & Conditions (which can be found here).
20. The Stadium reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value similar to the Prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control. The Prize is therefore subject to availability and change.
21. The following Prize Draw entries are not valid: (i) entries which do not meet the eligibility or entry requirements as set out in these terms and conditions; (ii) entries submitted using a method or technique designed to unfairly increase chances of winning; (iii) third party or bulk entries; (iv) entries made in breach of these terms and conditions; (v) entries with inappropriate, illegal or offensive content; and (vi) dishonest entries.
22. The Stadium reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its absolute discretion.
23. The Stadium may, in its absolute discretion, change these terms and conditions or extend the Prize Draw, without notice at any time should the Stadium deem it necessary to do so. The Stadium may at any time change, terminate, postpone or temporarily suspend the Prize Draw, with or without giving prior notice (for example, if this is necessary due to reasons outside of the Stadium’s control (including for example if fraud or suspected fraud is identified)).
24. The Stadium reserves the right to invalidate entry, disqualify any entrant or recover the Prize from any entrant who is in breach of these terms and conditions.
25. The Stadium is not liable for failing to meet its obligations under these terms and conditions if this is due to circumstances beyond the Stadium’s reasonable control. Such circumstances include, for example: extreme weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, industrial action, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, national mourning, unavoidable accidents, a pandemic, or epidemic, or a change in law or regulation.
26. The Stadium does not accept any responsibility for: (i) any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entries or information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission, or (ii) entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
27. If the winner has a physical or mental impairment which would inhibit their ability to enjoy/make full use of the Prize, then the Club asks that the winner makes this clear when they claim the Prize, so that the Club can consult with the winner in advance and seek to make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within the Stadium’s control, based on the information provided by the winner to the Stadium to ensure the winner can enjoy the Prize to the fullest extent.
28. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Prize Draw, including but not limited to having their name, photograph, and disclosure of country of residence published with their entry and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Stadium relating to any post-winning publicity. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to their entry in the Prize Draw or any publicity relating to the Prize Draw.
29. By entering the Prize Draw, you accept that the Stadium’s decision is final and binding. You agree that no correspondence in relation to the Stadium’s decision will be entered into between you and the Stadium or its affiliated entities. Your entry into the Prize Draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
30. The Stadium reserves the right to hold and void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw at any time as it sees fit and if voided, suspended or cancelled the Stadium is under no obligation to deliver the Prize to any Prize Draw entrant.
31. To the extent permitted by law, the Stadium is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the Prize Draw or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its control.
32. The Stadium will not be held responsible for the winner not taking full advantage of the Prize due to health or for any other reason.
33. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

35. When participating in the Prize Draw, you acknowledge that the details you provide to the Stadium to enter the Prize Draw will have been made available to the Stadium (your “Personal Data”) and to Silverstone Circuits Limited where you have opted in to receive marketing communications.
36. All Personal Data held and used by the Stadium will be in accordance with the Stadium’s privacy policies (which can be found at: https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/information/privacy-policy/) (the “Stadium’s Privacy Policy”) and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your Personal Data in accordance with the Stadium’s Privacy Policy. We may also use your Personal Data to verify your age and identity.
