If you need to add an additional ticket to your booking, you can simply do so by purchasing online for the time and date you have already booked for. Should you need to amend the date or time of your experience, or require a change to your ticket type, please call our Customer Care team on +44 (0)203 929 1882, no later than 48 hours before your booking. Please note a rescheduling fee may apply.  

The team are available Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 17:00, and 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturday.

If you are booked in for the Dare Skywalk, your booking should not be affected, provided it takes place up to 3 hours before kick-off. Should your experience be affected, our Customer Care team will be in touch to confirm your options.

Please note, The Edge will not be operational on an event day. You will be contacted by our Customer Care team and given the opportunity to reschedule your booking to an alternative date.

You can enter your Membership discount code before adding your card details and completing your booking. Please click the ‘Have a discount code?’ link to add your code.

Discount codes are sent via email within 24 hours of purchasing your One Hotspur Membership. If you cannot locate this email, you can also find your discount code by signing into your One Hotspur Hub online.

The Dare Skywalk begins at Basecamp, where you will check in, get kitted up and receive your safety brief. The entrance to Basecamp is via Tottenham High Road, just behind the Tottenham Experience.
