You will be able to see the UEFA Europa League trophy on the following: Stadium Tours, Legends Tours, VIP Tours, Matchday Tours and Technical Tours. Please note that the trophy is not part of the Heritage Tour.

All guests will pass through a bag search upon entry.

For Stadium Tours, only A4 sized bags may be taken on the Tour. Larger bags must be left in our free bag drop located in the Tottenham Experience.

If you need to add an additional ticket to your booking, you can simply do so by purchasing online for the time and date you have already booked for. Should you need to amend the date or time of your experience, or require a change to your ticket type, please call our Customer Care team on +44 (0)203 929 1882, no later than 48 hours before your booking. Please note a rescheduling fee may apply.  

The team are available Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 17:00, and 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturday.

If a fixture is confirmed on the day of your tour, you will be contacted by our Customer Care team and given the opportunity to either upgrade to a Matchday Tour if available or reschedule your tour to an alternative date.

Yes, we would encourage you to visit all attractions. Please click here to see our multi-attraction tickets. Please note that there may be days when only one of our attractions is open. This is reflected when purchasing multi-attraction tickets, which might affect the availability of your chosen date.

Please leave enough time between attractions for you to check-in at the second experience. We advise leaving at least 90 minutes for you to complete either the Dare Skywalk or Stadium Tour.

Discount codes are sent via email within 24 hours of purchasing your One Hotspur Membership. If you cannot locate this email, you can also find your discount code by signing into your One Hotspur Hub online.
