On The Day

What time should I arrive at the venue?

You should arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the time of your booking.

What clothes should I wear?

Warm and comfortable clothing is advised. We will provide you with a protective race suit to put on over your clothes, as well as a helmet. You should not wear anything around your neck that could become loose, such as a scarf or tie. Any long hair must be tied in a low ponytail and tucked inside your race suit.

What footwear should I use?

To ensure utmost safety during F1 DRIVE sessions, it is imperative that all participants wear closed-toe footwear that fully covers the entire foot. Please do not wear open-toed shoes, sandals, Crocs, or heels.

Can I wear my own helmet/racewear?

Yes, although it must be a full-face helmet and meet ISO standards. Having a clear visor helps with visibility on track too. If you’re unsure, one of our track marshals will be able to check it over for you. You can also wear your own race suit if you have one. This must be worn in the same way as our other guests, covering your legs, chest and arms and any long hair must be tucked inside the race suit.

Do I need to bring ID?

Yes, please do bring some form of ID.

What do I need to bring on the day?

Please be sure to bring confirmation of both your ticket and your completed registration. This will allow us to get you on track and racing as seamlessly as possible. Please familiarize yourself with our pre-visit checklist before the day of your race.

What happens if I'm late?

If you arrive late for your session, we can’t guarantee that you will get on track. While we will make efforts to accommodate late arrivals and include them in the race, please note that there is a designated cut-off point beyond which entry will no longer be permitted. Missed races are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please arrive 15 minutes early for your booking.

Do you provide a safety briefing?

Yes, each participant will be required to view our comprehensive safety briefing video before their race. Additionally, our highly trained marshals will be readily available to address any concerns or inquiries that you may have throughout the duration of the event. We strive to ensure that all attendees are well-informed and equipped with the necessary knowledge and assistance for a safe and enjoyable experience.
